Guarantee and Returns Policy

We guarantee that books supplied are as described on our website. If for any reason you are not happy with a book that you have purchased from us, it may be returned for full credit within seven days of receipt by you. Postage will be refunded if the fault was ours. But before returning the book, please make suitable arrangements by emailing us.

Postage Within New Zealand

Our standard charge for books mailed to New Zealand addresses is $5.00 for the first book, plus $1.00 for each subsequent book in the same order. Heavy books may incur extra postage. Courier service is available at slightly higher cost.

Postage Options - Outside New Zealand

We will always quote for postage anywhere in the world. New Zealand Post offers two methods, AirPost (Australia 3-6 working days, North America 4-10 working days, elsewhere 6-12 working days) and EconomyPost (Australia 10-15 working days, North America 18-25 working days, elsewhere 25-45 working days).

Postage costs vary strictly according to the weight of the parcel. The difference between AirPost and EconomyPost is 15%. There is also the much more expensive option of courier delivery.

For orders received without a specified postage method, and without a quotation being requested, we will assume that EconomyPost is required.

• Personal or bank cheques in New Zealand currency.

  • By telephone to our shop at any time - the New Zealand country code is 64 and our area code is 7, making the number 07-552-0925 (from New Zealand) or +64-7-552-0925 (from other countries). This phone number is equipped with an answering machine, and can be used at any time.
  • By ordering on our website, which uses the AntiQbook secure site.
  • By email to books@titles.co.nz. Some customers are wary of this method, but many are happy to use it, and apart from using the secure ordering system on our website, often the simplest method. If in doubt about it's security, split your card number over two (or three) separate emails.
